– Does your company’s bank account utilize ACH Positive Pay services or Debit Blocks?

If yes, please read below and complete the required action prior to making an ACH (eCheck) payment.

If no, no action is required and you may make an ACH (e-Check) payment.

Required Actions:

Effective 11-19-2018:  Employers using ACH positive pay or debit blocks must modify their settings to accept the new Company ID utilized by MiSDU.com for ACH (eCheck) payments.  The new MiSDU Company ID is B621868563 and is included with all ACH debit payments initiated on MiSDU.com.

If your ACH Positive Pay application allows you to accept or decision  “Exception” transactions, we encourage you to accept those transactions with this new company ID to avoid failed payments. Failure to update your ACH Positive Pay application or Debit Blocks will result in your bank rejecting these transactions. Please contact your bank if you should require their assistance with making these changes. You may also contact our Outreach department if you should have any questions. 1-800-817-0805.
