Important Information Regarding Employer ACH Payments on MiSDU.com

We are pleased to announce new functionality coming to the MiSDU.com website concerning employer ACH payments (eChecks).  The following enhancements are scheduled to occur on April 16, 2017 (referred to as the Go Live date going forward):

  1. The ACH (eCheck) payment process will be streamlined for registered employers.  The ACH payment flow on the MiSDU.com website will now more closely align with the existing credit card payment process.
  2. Registered employers will now be able to save their ACH banking information (routing and account number) as a new Payment Method accessible in the employer’s online Payment Wallet.  The saved Payment Method will be available to employers for any future ACH payments.
  3. Once a new, successful ACH payment has been made after the Go Live date, registered employers will be able to utilize saved Payment Methods for the following ACH functions:
  • Create a new, Saved Payment associated with the ACH Payment Method for later use.
  • Access the Pay Again button (1 Click option) from Saved Payments.  The 1 Click option allows the employer to submit a new payment with all of the criteria from the previous successful payment (Payment Items, ACH Payment Method, and payment amount).
